“The Secret” - Movie Review
Posted in Watkins Business by Eldon on January 12th, 2007 To be successful in network marketing, it is necessary to have well-defined goals and strong unwavering belief that you can achieve those goals. You have to stay focused and not let negatives disrupt your march to success.
I recently had the pleasure of viewing a motivational movie called “The Secret”. This movie is based on the principle called “the law of attraction”. In a nutshell, this means that the thoughts you think (both surface and deep down) determine what happens in your life. If you have financial problems, and focus on worrying about them, you will tend to attract continued financial problems.
On the other hand, if you focus on what you want (financial freedom), believe for it, and take action to achieve it you’ll attract prosperity and opportunity. This principle has been written about in many popular “how to achieve success” books over the years. It is not a new concept. What this movie does is present a dramatic illustration of the “law of attraction” and hammers the point home very effectively.
The movie is inspiring and a good view for network marketers and other home based business people. Even though I’ve been familiar with the “law of attraction” principle for years, this presentation put it in a fresh new light for me.
